Excellent application. Developer is very responsive. We use this in our daily bidding on commercial properties and has already saved us money on gas and valuable time. We look forward to new features.

Best ap on my iPhone. I work in the parks and rec field and use it to measure the acreage of our parks, golf courses, and other areas. I have found it to be remarkably accurate, but I have only used it for larger areas. Smaller areas (less than one acre) are tough to measure. For two bucks, it is better than using a Hand held GPS because you dont have to be on site to measure something. Well done application.

This is just what Ive been looking for. Its got a lot of features, and is very user friendly. Im using it for node data collection to use with the djikstra algorithm to create a custom navigation system. The only thing I wish it could do is edit node names and add additional node data for linking connecting nodes

I use this app to measure my bike rides. It uses Apples map API, so the map looks great. It runs well and the interface is very easy to understand.

I am a firefighter and I use this app to figure square footage of building during inspections and pre-plans. It works great, and is helpful to figure the size of a wildland fire also. You can use satellite mapping to place pins on the exterior walls of an exalting building or use current position to drop pins for new areas or open land. Very good useful app.

This application measures distances between two points precisely. A real estate company used their similar program, which undoubtedly cost hundreds of dollars, and I came up with the same distance between the nearest corners of two buildings using this $1.99 application. What I previously had to rely on the real estate company to do, I can do myself anytime I need to and not between 8:00 and 5:00. Im VERY impressed !!!!!

Easy to use and very accurate tool.

I just purchased some property and thought this application would be very useful for it. Being able to measure and review items on your iPad and iPhone is a great idea! Unfortunately the reliability just isnt there (iPad & iPhone 4), resulting in an application that is all but unusable. After most actions the application will crash. When trying to map 20 acres this makes it a non-starter. At this stage I must admit my frustration that this even made it into the app store. My advice would be save your money. Wait for the application to become more reliable (at least usable) and look at some of the alternatives.

Overall interesting and not too bad. The resetting of crosshairs crashes the app every time. This app has much potential after the bugs are worked out.

Would be nice to be able to set a line that follows the blue line though!

Why cant you name the pins? Major shortcoming for an otherwise cool app.

I have been using MM for about six months now estimating sq ft for our customers. It replaced Google Pro I cant say enough about this app. Updates keep coming and added improvements. Great job and I cant thank you enough!

I had hoped to use this app for finding distance on custom routes on maps by following existing paths. It basically only connects in straight lines - not curves so I dont recommend it for anything other than finding perimeter or area.

No more driving to square up a parking lot. This app is amazing must have for any estimator

I highly recommend this app to accurately measure sq. footage. I own a lawn care business and use it daily to measure and give estimates to customers! I am amazed at how accurate and precise it is. As the owner of a small fencing company, this app has become an indispensable tool. I no longer have to visit the project site to be able to provide customers with a rough estimate of the cost. Has literally saved me hundreds in fuel and countless hours of travel time.

I use this app to map wildfires. By flying around and tapping out a perimeter I can get accurate sizes and send a .KML back to dispatch which can then be used for fire planning. My only request would be to be able to set a cache size as I dont always have service for the locations Im mapping and would like to be able to cache large areas when I go on detection missions.

I am a small fence contractor and this app enables me see and field my customers calls. A potential customer calls I ask for their address and enter into the app. and Pow! I am taken rough measurements right from my iPad and this gives me an idea as to the amount of effort that needs to be put into the lead thats on the phone before I waste my time chasing unprofitable customers. Great app pays for itself. Will definitely be upgrading to pro. I would imagine this would be great for anyone that does roofing, landscaping ect.

Anybody else having trouble with the app on iOS 6?

I received an email from the company about 3 weeks ago that stated they had an update that would allow users to switch back to google maps in the Apple store just waiting on approval. Whats the holdup Apple!!!!! Jobs would never have treated his customers this way, very disappointed in Apple right now.
